Outrebleu Management is a change management expert company.

I bring my experience, knowledge and energy to allow you to reach your development goals. We steer change management and coaching, from blue sky to action.

Based on my 25+ years in Finance transformation I have decided to develop new skills and I have graduated early 2025 from the Executive Master in coaching and Management at Paris Dauphine PSL University.

Inspired to generate effective change management and development of organizations, Leaders and their Team, my target is to be instrumental in your capacity to define and reach your goals.

As an expert in change management, I lead your projects with a flexible and results-driven mindset.

I am using behavioural and cognitive coaching methodology, a structured and recognized approach. From blue sky to action, I am your sparring partner to reach your goals, change some behaviours or manage your career.

Aiming to meet challenges running Ultra trail allows me to strengthen my ability to push myself and manage effort (More than 90 races from 10 km to 177 km including UTMB or Ultra Marin).
